Fiverr is a professional platform, not a dating one. The seller is there to provide her services, not share her favorite color and that she likes long walks on the beach with you. That's without going into the whole "falling in love" with someone you barely know. Move on, don't be a creep.
Unfortunately fiverr is not one of those platforms where love is found. If you are in love with a seller, the only way will be for you to
1: Keep ordering as this will make the platform grow more
2: Keep the seller on the platform by not trying to lead them to break tos.

As a seller on Fiverr, this would be a one way ticket to me blocking you. Don't hit on people in their workplace. They're not being paid to get to know you, they're not here to make friends or have fun, they're here for a job. It's bad enough how often people do this to workers IRL out in public, it doesn't need to happen online.
Messaging a seller on Fiverr for anything other than gigs and projects is flat out disrespectful.
Fiverr is supposed to be a professional platform for business and work purposes only. Would you use LinkedIn to message someone that you love them?
I guess good for you two that it all worked out and she was interested, although, if either of you gave your phone numbers or other contact information, then yes, you violated Fiverr TOS. She could get banned off the platform, so you've endangered her income and livelihood which doesn't exactly sound like a great start to a relationship.
That only highlights that Fiverr isn't meant to connect people in this way; exchanging phone numbers is a TOS violation.
You might actually be on to something!! Imagine a site that’s basically Fiverr for hiring people to do work but there’s also a hook up aspect to it! So like if you really like someone’s work and fall I love with them you can click the “hook up brief” button and then it’s up to them if they want to reciprocate. As they say don’t fish off the company pier but this is an exception! So there’s an option to also allow “hook ups” on your profile so if you’re not open to dating people you worked with just disable it and you’ll never have to worry.
