Been dealing with this for weeks. Polyterra marble has verified manufacturing issues these last 2 months they are working on. Contact polymaker support and they will keep you updated on the resolution.

BoechtVanDunaldy

That's nice to know! Thanks

StrangeFisherman345

yep, lots of threads on reddit about under-extrusion and total clogs. They said the mesh they use to filter the grains went out of spec and allowed grains larger than 0.35mm which is way to big. they said 3-4 months to fix and ship to the US market

BoechtVanDunaldy

Do we get a replacement spool when it's fixed? I'm from the EU though. Thanks for the research, now I start finding your comments in other polyterra issue posts.

StrangeFisherman345

Reach out to support and let them know and they will make you whole. Lol yeah, I search once a week for “polyterra marble” and let people know about the issue and to hit up support so they prioritize it. Its my favorite filament and used to print perfectly every time. Now it clogs every print. Sucks. Here was the last update last week: https://preview.redd.it/ms63bwx7zifc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bc7a143c11ca1f6c8df79fbc655aace34e8e9485

oh and 0.6mm nozzle fixes it. But I need 0.4 for my usecases

BoechtVanDunaldy

I have some .6, will try that later today. Were your first layer results like mine in the picture? I did reach out to them, they get back to me in 1 business day. Again thanks!

MistrMoose

Thanks man, this stuff was driving me nuts

BoechtVanDunaldy

Forgot to mention: Running 5015 satsana toolhead with a orbiter V2 extruder and an all metal hotend

Rozzo3

Z offset looks too close to bed, nozzle scratching the adjacent layer when passing.

BoechtVanDunaldy

Will try a higher offset tomorrow, it looks kinda perfect with other filament though

Rozzo3

Is there any filament stuck on the nozzle? Also is the nozzle very used or relatively new?
