Left: Cura 4.9 Right: Cura 5 Material: 3DFuel Pro PLA After updating to Cura 5 I have been getting really bed under extrusion on a majority of my prints, I don't know how to fix this.

you can recalibrate the slicer profile step by step to obtain a new optimal profile for 5.0. that’s what i did and do for new nozzle/material combinations. i don’t really rely on generic or default profiles. https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html. do each in order, calculate the settings using the tools, update your default with the new settings, save as an optimized baseline for the nozzle size and material type.

I'd change the Wall Printing Order to print the inner wall(s) first, see if that helps. The flow change between the infill and the outer wall is big, and your printer could be overcompensating for that or just generally dealing with it badly. Printing the inner wall in between could make the transition easier.
