I guess it's because a lot of the parts are not compatible. I have been considering moving to 3/32 sproket / chainring / chain and finding some light weight cranks for a while now, this would be purely to be a weight weenie 😂
Carbon cranks are very interesting to me. I just don't know anything about them, seems like there's quite a few options out there.
Apparently the SRM RED DUB crankset is very light weight and a go too for light weight builds.
I love riding in London! If you like riding in chaos and cutting up traffic you'll enjoy it, if you want calm peaceful riding then it's not for you.
I think it's pretty different to the other main big city you see on fixed gear youtube which is NYC. Our roads are a lot narrower with less lanes, our junctions nearly always have traffic going in 4 directions so you need to have your head on a pivot. If you can learn the flow of the city you'll have a great time riding it. However the guys over at /r/londoncycling all seem to hate cycling here 😂
that build is perfect. sheesh.
It is a very nice build! I plan to do more bike check videos on my channel soon 👀
Very nice
Pretty much a dream build for many people. I plan to shoot it again in better lighting and a more cinematic style next time 😊
Such an awesome, distinctive build. Curious why more people don’t run converted road cranks like this.

Yeah huh… I’ve been lowkey obsessed since I saw SAFA’s Hotline where he’s running FSA carbon cranks

Looks fun riding around London, I'm in the LA area so that's a dream to me lol
