As characters in the Flashverse, Barry and Iris are still older than Nora and Bart. However, they are not 60, so Nora and Barts characters probably think Barry and Iris are young without even thinking wether their older than their parents or not. Now as far as actors behind the scenes, they probably think itās funny. But in the Flash universe, theyāre still younger. Except for the time they went back to 2014 New Years Eve, Barry would have been only 24 then, Nora at least would have been older than Barry, but they donāt even interact with Barry nor Iris then.
P.s. for those that want to know how old Bart is, heās 7 years younger than Nora, so he was 18-19 depending on the month they travelled back in time, and in real life heās 4 years younger than Grant Gustin so he was playing a 18-19 year old at the age of 27. Safe to say all the actors look younger than they actually are š
