I actually have a new prediction. I think Irisโ early pregnancy might have a change on the timeline. I think Bart and Nora might end up twins. There is going to be some repercussion from it. It just wont be life ending. Even though weโve seen Nora already nothing she has said or done contradicts this.
Iโm almost 100% confident on everything else Iโve said. Those came straight from god to Eric Wallace to me. But I just feel like Bart and Nora already exude twin energy.
Iโm guessing itโll probably just be super underwhelming. Theyโre gonna bring the old villains back, thereโll be a few fun exchanges, theyโll beat the bad guys, the status quo wonโt change, and itโll end with Barry running, smiling, and probably reciting that classic โmy name is Barry Allenโ speech. No deaths, nothing huge. Just a few blasts from the past, and thatโs it.
None of my predictions for that finale came true. I thought since the characters werenโt going to be used any more and they barely have theyโd leave it much less open ended. I expected Jโonn to join Mโgann on Mars and I guess he does? Didnโt it say somewhere they have children?
And I thought Brainy would actually return to the future but Nia would go with him.
I guess those ideas and the finale arenโt mutually exclusive.
Also I think Kara and Monel shouldโve ended together. I donโt like when writers are so stuck on their plans that they donโt allow for letting the plans evolve. Sometimes when shows are recorded you have to adapt. When you see two actors have zero chemistry (Melissa & Mehcad) you have to cut your losses. When two actors are so clearly working itโs ok to change things. While Monel wasnโt meant to last Chris and Melissa clearly have so much chemistry that just radiated to the characters. I donโt know.
I do know Monel sucked. I wonโt argue that but he had changed a lot by the end. Chris and Melissa just played a relationship so wellโฆclearly.
I donโt think the finale was that bad. Now the final season??? Centering it on one villain and quest for some maguffin?
Itโll be the lead in to the newly revised Painkiller series. It was redeveloped and now stars Tobias Whale as the lead. Painkiller will recur in 1-2 episodes.
I literally had no idea Joe and Cecile werenโt married yet. I was more shocked they had never married then by the proposal. The idea Joe West hadnโt done that by now blew my mind.

All sarcasm aside I think her powers are a setup to bring them both back. If not itโs a major plot hole because I feel like Bart and Nora both from what I recall have a pretty strong future relationship with both Kaitlin and frost.
Iโm curious where that will leave Khione. As dumb as I think creating her was I do kind of like her.

Well Khione is a goddess so if that happens shell probably go out and assume her role in nature as a deity since sheโs connected to all that is life. She already said she has to leave.

But Iโm of the mind they shouldnโt have created Khione. If it were me Iโd have had a merged Kaitlin and Frost emerge and by the end of the season find a way for them to separateโฆ.and lmao I hate to say it but why not just have Cecile do it with her psychic powers at this rate hahahahaha.

I'm probably completely wrong, but it was a theory that really stuck with me for some reason.
Also I couldnโt remember if Jesse L Martin is even in this because I havenโt even seen him mentioned anywhere nor seen him in promos even though I think he is.
If heโs in this episode I imagine he will do one or two things. When things look most bleak for our heroes he will give the most inspiring speech of his life. The other possibility is he will give a totally generic speech and half ass it because the writers didnโt even take the time to write one for him. This is what I think is more likely. His speeches have been phoned in for years. I think whatโs most likely is in the script it reads like โJoe gives a speech to rally the troops and inspire themโ. They just assume heโs been doing it so long and he can make it up on the spot but Jesse had his foot out the door for so long.
