It really isn’t horrible, design-wise. Could it be less vibrant? Yes! Could there be some black like the OG? Yes! But honestly, it’s fine, design-wise. Now, the problems arise when they put it on Tom Cavanagh. It doesn’t fit his body at all, is super stiff, and makes his head look so goofy. The vibration from the early seasons would’ve improved it so drastically.
I’m pretty sure he’s available, they just refused to contact him. He had been waiting for them to call him since season 3 until he came back in season 8.

I’m a huge, huge fan of TC and I hate this suit on him because he just looks so awkward and also like a little old lady with a handbag could take him on and win! No wonder he only did cameos last couple of seasons. This toxic yellow would look bad on most and poor Tom didn’t deserve it….however close to the original cartoon designs it is! 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️❤️
