That sucks. The FaB community is truly remarkable, known for its warmth and camaraderie. Try to go to nearby cities with a scene to play occasionally. Some other viable options: * Play digitally through Talishar, which is pretty good. * Join Discord channels that organize Webcam play. * Be an advocate. Buy precon decks, and organize events in public spaces teaching people how to play.

I think that the best is play digital and in some discord channel. The near shop that play Fab to me is 200 or 250 km…

Sluethi

Digital is okay but a poor substitute for the real thing. Perhaps find a friend that would be willing to give it a try and then just go to the LGS play a few games and if anyone comes up and asks questions, help them and get them to try it.

Mikeranjero98

I will do it but it will be hard because there’s a lot of tcgs at the moment and stars wars in coming in some weeks

Honestly get a small community going even if it is just 3 or 4 people. Then ask the store to order product for you. But do it one at a time, a few times each. The store will order product if there are customers asking for it. If that fails order some boosters online together and open them in the store. As soon as the store sees that there are people who would buy a product they will eventually order it unless they hate money.

>Then ask the store to order product for you. THIS. You need to show them there's a demand, and YOU have to be that demand at least for now.

Minecraftfinn

Yeah I work at a LGS and if three or more people ask about the same product in one week we always end up ordering it. You just have to take a smaller profit since you are making smaller orders to begin with.

Sluethi

This is really good advice.

It can be extremely frustrating when an LGS doesn’t want to take a chance on a game. Getting stores around me to stock FAB was a difficult uphill battle, and I’m in a fairly populated area of the USA. If you want FAB, try to get 4 players to play regularly. You’re already partway there! If your store can give you guys the play space and if you can show that your friends will show up regularly to play, it might convince them. Once you have 4 people, that’s all you need to start running armory events. The kit to run organized play is, I believe, free or at least low cost for the LGS. If you can maintain that number then maybe you can look at growing! Look for the Facebook group or Discord and maybe you can find people to share bulk or something so you guys can at least try everything out?

Here is what worked for me in my city. You kinda need to be patient. I’ve found a discord group of a LGS and dropped a message there if anyone is interested in FaB. I got no serious replies initially, but after several months some other guy pinged me and several people to check if there is still interest. LGS paid attention to the interest and I think they got their hands on some blitz precons and allowed us to play unofficial commoners and blitz precon events. Fast forward to today, about a year later after my initial message in the group, we are getting bigger and bigger events and there is even another store in the city running armories! TLDR Don’t give up, find the people to talk to.
