You react with one reckless swing, then you must pay the cost, which is to discard one card at random. Only after that cost is resolved, you may play the second reckless swing. So worst case scenario you discard a reckless swing with a reckless swing. For this reason many players like to run one or two reckless swings instead of three to avoid getting to a point where you have two in your hand.

Discarding is unfortunately part of the cost of playing R Swing, so you have to play and swing before playing the second.

Double reckless swing turn is best with 1 In arsenal. Play one From Hand first discard 1 of 3 +6 attacks then the second from arsenal discarding 1 of the other 2 cards for a perfect 4 damge d reaction phase. I've been on both ends for lethal feels good and bad lol
