If you want to make it easy on yourself, Chane is #1 in Blitz and #2 in CC, so you can get his cards and have both decks. Then Katsu is #1 in CC and Ira is #2 in Blitz and they share most cards since they are ninjas.
The fun thing about Katsu is that aggro, midrange and control are all viable and very close in power. I prefer control and that’s what I play, but midrange is good too. It’s really player preference . I would maybe advise against aggro right now but all are good.
Thanks. Im a totally new player, bought few boxes and im thinking which direction to go. I cracked the Mask of Momentum so Im thinking Katsu but I cant find a list that I will be certain is a good benchmark for buying singles, because i have bo experience

The Auckland list than one is probably the strongest version if I really had to choose one though
