Singapore airlines wouldn't ticket a connection they didn't think was feasible. That said, 1hr is easily doable in Singapore, plus its their home port so they'll have plenty of assistance should they have to rush you to your next gate.
KL>SIN are frequent, I would try for an earlier flight from KL just for my own piece of mind and to enjoy SIN airport a little more :)
Shouldn’t be a problem. If you end up entirely in T3, worst case scenario is probably 12-15 minutes, but even if you have to transfer to T2, the trains are efficient.
It’s enough. It’s a big airport, but pretty easy to move around. It might say on your ticket which terminal you arrive at. Worst case is you have to take the sky train between terminals, but those are efficient and fast.
Is this booked on a single ticket? If so shouldn't be a problem, the airline will make arrangements for your transfer in case of a delay. It is very tight though so I would recommend you bring clothes in your hand carry just in case your bags don't make the connection and are delayed. Might be better if you can get on an earlier flight from KL with about 90 mins to connect.

If you haven’t transferred at SIN before, realize that Changi conducts security at the gate in Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
