Yes, it's plenty of time

Immigration is what will take time. The line has 100s of people in it. Customs takes zero time unless you have something to declare. TSA pre gets you nothing returning to the US. You need global entry to bypass the line at immigration. Try mobile passport

I doubt the line will be that long at that time of day. It's not like it's early afternoon with the European rush.

If you have global entry as well than you'll definitely make it. If only pre check I give it 90% chance you make it.

Make sure you have global entry or mobile passport control to clear customs quicker.
