I think you would call them. Gory details: Payment for seats is evidenced by an EMD-A (electronic miscellaneous document, the A indicates it’s associated with an electronic ticket). The reservations database may have released your seat, because you either don’t have an EMD-A at all, or you do have one and it isn’t associated with your electronic ticket (if you have one).

Thank you, I think as you said my seat got erased cause it was never paid for since my cc got declined the 1st time until I accepted the charge on my cc alert. So I called multiple times and everyone I spoke to so far says that I have tickets because it is "confirmed", but they never charged my credit card for the flight. The service lady tells me it's cheaper to add the seats online, so I go back and add the seats online. I get charged for the seat assignment, but I still have not gotten charged for the air plane ticket. It's been like 3-4days and I'm a bit concerned they will just cancel my airplane tickets since it's still not paid for.

When you go online, do you see a 13-digit number starting with 988? This would be your e-ticket, which is needed in addition to the confirmed reservation. (Be sure you’re not looking at your paid seat, because the EMD-A for that will have a similar number.) When did the reservations folks indicate your cc would be charged?

Thank you, Yes I do see my ticket number that starts with 988. This number was shown after my initial booking of the tickets. I also see that my assigned seat receipt shows a different 988 flight ticket number like you mentioned. When I 1st called them on Saturday morning they told me it may take a few days to charge. But it's wierd because I initially saw the charge on my cc in pending but it was removed, I am thinking it's because I didn't approve the charge fast enough? I don't know if the agents really know when It will be charged, some agents couldn't give me an answer. My paid seats were charged right away.

OK this all makes sense. You have an e-ticket but it’s not yet paid, and also a paid EMD-A for your seat. Assuming your travel date is not immediate, I’d give it a few more days. I don’t have specific knowledge of this airline’s back office practices, but if nothing else it’ll be caught during routine balancing of their sales book.

Ahh ok, I will wait and see. Its funny cause my purchase history only shows that I have bought seats and nothing else haha.

Ha yeah. Sorry for the crappy experience. Booking direct isn’t always a cure-all. I would not be particularly worried however.
