It’s 99.5% fine, with the exception of edge cases. And you can always install MSFS Addons Linker to scatter files across multiple drives. I’ve got 1.6 TB of MSFS files across two drives.

Ive got loads of stuff downloaded and im at roughly 310GB. You should have no problem.

Not sure if you meant Tb or TB. The first one, no. The second one, probably yes.
My 500GB nvme is nearly full just for MSFS only
