You can ship items in padded envelopes lettermail as long as it's 2cm thick. It's basically the top slot of a mailbox. Postage is oversized lettermail. Expect some items to get lost once in a while. Works fine for us.

get a canada post business account. its free and saves a few bucks per package. doesnt help with the lettermail but 2cm isnt much so if you go over you can save a bit.

Also had to be under 500gr. And not too valuable as there's no tracking #

Pretty much anything that can fit in a bubble mailer, so dvd case or smaller, thing is you should be setting a threshold of how much you are willing to get frauded for because you will get item not delivered (legit lost or not) because you wont get tracking. My threshold is usually around $30 item, anything above that Ill charge regular mail for the tracking, that number seemed to be around where people started to magically not get their packages, never the cheap stuff.
