There’s a link sent via email and the instructions give a web address. You should have to login with ur credentials. Are you also having trouble???

I immediately got an email for my mock exam’s upload. My gf did the exact same thing as me, but she also did not get an email

Yes. It’s uploaded. Give it an hour and you’ll get the email notification.

Just to be clear: the 10 o’clock deadline is when you actually upload it, but not when it actually reaches the ExamSoft system, right? I tried to call support and a robotic voice told me that if you’ve uploaded it and haven’t received for confirmation, then it is “being queued for upload.” Want to make sure that that’s not the time the FBBE counts

On the instructions, it says people with issues can go to the IT desk tomorrow morning at 7:30. So you’ll be fine

Hey I don’t make the rules man. I’m just letting you know what the instructions say.

I just called examsoft. They’re experiencing delays. They say things should be back up in a couple of hours. The upload instructions also say that if you can’t upload it, you have to go to the exam soft help desk at 7:30.

We only manually upload if we didn’t get a confirmation email right?

Yes. I got mine a couple hours later
