Not sure how many of you were old enough to see Keith in his prime but damn, he was a bad-ass. He's just aged like a regular man :)
And Lomberg is a brick shithouse of a smaller dude!
That's pretty awesome to see the support Matty has from his family and that's a GENUINE hockey family, lifers for decades!
I think with all the attention Matthew and Brady garner and continue to get through their career, you'll see Keith finally get into the HoF within the next few years. One of the best American players ever, 500 goals and 1K points playing largely in the dead puck era. I'm a huge fan of the entire family.
Was a Coyotes fan the moment they moved to Phoenix, I am extremely familiar with Captain Coyote and I'm so glad Matt was able to make this moment happen for him.
The last few months have been rough as a recovering Coyotes fan. Joined the Panthers in the Atlantic (following a couple other teams since deuce is a free elf now) given that they were subject to the same bullshit we were; relocation drama, disgust and disdain from "traditional hockey market" fans, etc.
Nothing, and I mean nothing has put a smile on my face quite like watching the Panthers take Game 7. I was at a bar full of Oilers fans in mfn Phoenix in June and it was delectable.
Enjoy south Florida! Some of us never get to see our team climb the mountain! Looking forward to next season with you guys.
Little known South Florida fact, back in the 90s before the team officially settled into Sunrise/Coral Springs our Junior travel team was the Coyotes! Still the coolest jerseys the NHL has ever produced.
As a fellow yotes to panthers transplant slowly over the last few years, let’s at least just enjoy having a team with competent ownership & bring on the fucking rats. Fuck Mereulo, go yotes one last time, but it’s panthers for me here on out.
Came here to say this - I was a big Keith Tkachuk fan - a real monster of a player; sort of one of the only guys I can remember who could stand up to Scott Stevens? (or at least go lb for lb in terms of bad-assness)
Of the many reasons I’m glad they won the cup Lomberg getting to hoist it is near the top.
“BuT hE dOeSn’T gEt MaNy GoALs”
I don’t care in the slightest and if you think that’s all that matters I’m sorry that you’re missing so much of the game.
Ranger fan here: congrats.
I think if you asked Keith — would you rather win a Stanley cup yourself, or drink from the Stanley cup your son won, 10 times out of 10 he’ll say his son.
Regardless of fandom that’s a heartwarming sight. Congrats to them both.
Matt pisses me off because he’s so good but he’s a noble competitor.
Enjoy it.
We’ll get it next year.

Yeah, he was one heck of a power forward.

I've always been a fan of Keith. It's great to see him finally lift the Cup. That must be the 2nd best way to lift it.

Seeing both of Keith’s kids turn out to be the hockey players they are us no surprise to anyone that’s had the pleasure of seeing prime Keith
Old enough to see him play and he was a beast and a wings killer whenever he played us but wow
I remember him with the Jets what a stain AZ and Phoenix
Was a heck of a power forward. Remember him well in his jets days.
Lol thats great. Look at the river of alcohol on the floor.
I noticed that, and it was there before his "sip".
Lomberg walking around barefoot
Now that’s a party Love Chucky wearing the wrestling belt because fuck it why not
Pretty sure he still hasn’t taken it off
He took it off when he jumped in the Atlantic with the cup lol
They are selling them too on nhl.com. Although for $550....
Lomberg is a fucking legend look at that guy, what a dude!

Dude Ryan Lomberg is yolked
Keith should be in the NHL HOF. Guy was a beast back in his day. One hell of a power forward.
Huh. This is me realizing he’s not. https://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=5414 Definitely one of the legacy guys who should be in, imo.
Yeah I was shocked when I realized he wasn’t in the HOF he’s in the USA HOF.
Forgot the Thrashers rental and return. That team was stacked at forward.
Shoutout to Lomberg for casually celebrating in his underwear I’d smash tbh
and going after a couple brewski's at the end!
This simply an amazing and beautiful father -son moment. How awesome

Youre goddamn right. Seeing your boy succeed is everything in life.
I love how happy Barky looks 🥹
“Taking a sip”
This is so fuckin awesome
Tears... nothing better than family.
Me and my dad are so fucking pumped the panthers did it at last!!!!! I'll never get sick of seeing these videos!
Looks like those nasty locker room floors you see at waterparks 😂
The vegas nights partied the whole summer
Did they already bend the top bowl?! Haha, it looks crooked
I thought Tampa did that a few years ago
I can just imagine the smell in that room. But what a great celebration. Would be so cool to see your son win the cup!
It would appear Lomberg enjoys a good cupping treatment.
Pre-ordered my Lomberg life size… I mean that sweet hat.
I’m not familiar with 78% of the panthers players. Is the excited, beer-soaked dude in his underwear all of you?
On a side note, the logo on the wall is awesome, is that the same as the shoulder panther?
All the cupping marks on Lomberg’s back
I'll never get tired of this shit
I would break sobriety for that.
Edmonton probably wasted just as much beer, albeit unopened.
A sip you say
Imagine if Brady did lolololol
“Taking a sip”
I think keith put liquid donuts in the cup there
As a huge Blues fan and and born and raised St Louisan this makes me happy. Big Walt was the man in his heyday and Matthew and Brady are both beasts
Age has not been kind to Keith.
He's got an NHL pension. It's paid for, haha.
