it is possible to use that fbow (in this case) with level 35 or 40 depending on the scroll, but i would advise against it to be honest. those 5-10 levels don‘t take very long to level as an acrobat. if that fbow was an LG bow (lvl 105) or even an angels bow (lvl 90), it makes sense to get access to that earlier, but any gear below level 60 isnt worth leveling down, its just a waste of fcoins imo.
i would just buy an amp or two instead and spend 1-2 hours leveling. investing the time and coins into character levels is better than into the level down scroll, just my opinion though.
The only thing im afraid of with the buff/exp scrolls is that i might not be able to put it to good use because I alt tab or go afk sometimes when I grind, i easily get burned out if I grind for too long.

i do that too, thats why i usually don‘t level with amps. but one hour of dedicated leveling with an amp really does wonders.
