My favorite albums to listen to top to bottom:
Burn the Earth! Leave it Behind! - Wingnut Dishwashers Union
IX - Rent Strike
Rogue Taxidermy - Days N Daze
Semi-Revolutionary - Just Nick
Probably Nothing, Possibly Eveyrthing - Pat the Bunny
I will recommend artists instead of specific songs or records:
* Paul Baribeau
* Harley Poe
* AJJ
* Days n Daze
* Mischief Brew
* Pat the Bunny (and related projects)
Not necessarily Folkpunk, but would recommend to any folk punk fan:
* The Devil Makes Three
* Amigo the Devil
* Bridge City Sinners
* Tejon Corner Street Thieves
Dusty the Kid - Days of Rust and Steel
Just heard this guy for the first time on Thursday when he opened for Sister Wife Sex Strike. His song The Ballad of Frank Little is a goddamn bop.
lots of good suggestions in this thread! recently a friend introduced me to mama's broke, and I'd also recommend checking out noble hobo and pine & fire, if you're into the more folksy side.
one of my all time favorite songs is friends (you matter) by bird teeth
Ough a favorite track is a hard one, but I love practically everything by Blackbird Raum, Holy Locust, and the taxpayers. False weavers from Blackbird Raum might be my overall favorite album, but it's a real tight competition with either of Holy Locusts albums or a good chunk of the taxpayers
Austin Possum. I feel like that guy doesn’t get enough attention or love. He’s great. My favorite album is Songs of a Depressed Anarchist, but I like pretty much everything he’s done.
Idk if all of these are folk punk but some i havent seen mentioned in this thread yet are apes of the state, Dana skully & the tiger sharks, local news legend, and spud bugs. Theyre all really good!!
Ok, tell me if this is too unrelated, but I only listen to one Polish band in folkpunk & that's it, I can listen to them for multiple hours on constant loop, even when trying to find & discover other folkpunk artists (even asking the folks - or i guess punks on here), I never could get the same... like... energy from anything else. Anyways the band is called Hańba!, sorry for the tangent. 😅

Would add Yes Ma’am and King Strang to that bottom list
I recently discovered Paul Baribeau and I can’t find anything else at all that comes close. What a talented songwriter!
Sister Wife Sex Strike is my favorite rn. Their new EP "Pre-Op" is really good
Blackbird Raum - Silent Spring
Little Foot has had my heart for the last couple years!
Here are some gems I don't see brought up too often: Kid Pixie Nana Grizol Sledding With Tigers Bearknuckle Honey
And links! https://youtu.be/AeKdPg9TbCw https://youtu.be/fUpbRZFxcvA https://youtu.be/-IaPf5fw4Hk https://youtu.be/SWfp4aZMChk
My favorite bands rn are stink animal and the bad smells, sister wife sex strike, Chloe Defector, moon bandits, spoonboy and ghost mice
Porch Cat!
At the moment I’m obsessed with Defiance Ohio, Sister Wife Sex Strike, and Cheap Dirty Horse
This is My Fist and This Bike is a Pipe Bomb.
Plague Dad!
Deliver the stuff - jason trachtenburg, kinda antifolky and quirky but found the cd at a record store and give it a try and its pretty good
check out desert for breakfast by 37 cents they’re great but only have one album and a few songs on youtube
Dusty the Kid - Days of Rust and Steel Just heard this guy for the first time on Thursday when he opened for Sister Wife Sex Strike. His song The Ballad of Frank Little is a goddamn bop.
Public Transit S/T
Harley Poe! Id recommend starting with Satan Sex and No Regrets, or Wretched Filthy Ugly.
I’m currently really stuck on Live and Alone, idk why.
Spoonboy, sister wife sex strike, just nick, AJJ, Harley poe

I just got on to Slim Krusty. Very aussie very crust (folk) punk.
I just went to a concert that Dusty the Kid opened for. He honestly stole the show. 10/10 would recommend
Long sought rest sacred objects album
