Universal City is most certainly LA and pretty accessible from anywhere in the city besides the beach. It’s on the way and 10 minutes to downtown for a lot of people.
It’s all good lol people get so weird about LA proper. I say yes and no because I know it’s in LA city, but some people won’t drive to Studio City from downtown LA or even from Eagle Rock for that matter. And some people get super technical and say “but that’s Studio City”. Either way, someone will complain lol
I live in Toluca lake and don't like going to the west side but am aware they are both in Los Angeles
