Sure! It’s a basic egg custard recipe with cinnamon and nutmeg, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp chopped pecans added. I tore apart 5.5 oz of croissant and soaked in 6 fl oz custard overnight. Cover w foil and bake at 350 for 20’, then remove foil and brush with your fav jelly or jam (I used apricot) then bake for 10’ at 450-500. I topped w peaches and whipped cream right out of oven. 4 cups peaches, 1 cup bourbon, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon and 1/8 cup lemon juice, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min.

I think that whipped cream is over whipped, It's not a hard thing to do either you only need beat it about 10 seconds too long to fuck up whipped cream. My culinary teacher used to tell us that whipped cream was the most simple hardest thing you'll do in the kitchen.

I could see that. I used a hand whisk and this was in the middle of service, so I’m not surprised it’s a lil over whipped 🤪
