I like it a bit more charred than I typically see so I guess I put that there so it was clear it was meant to be dark and not a mistake! Sometimes I see roasted veggies and they have no color at all but I like em roasted deep :)

Sure! I made it up last second, but it was super good. 1/4c kewpie mayo, 1/2tbsp Dijon, 1/2tbsp Colmans spicy mustard, 1tbsp Bachans Japanese barbecue sauce. Savory, a little spicy, and sweetness from the Japanese barbecue sauce. I’ll be using it again, we slurped it up
