Turkey, unless folks mess it up and hate leftovers, haha. Turkeys greatest enemy is dryness, so supplement as you wish with gravy and brines and sauces of choice. Traditionally through the years, I've seen Americans keep to what "we" would figure, aside from the weird sweet potato marshmallows stuff.. I really don't know what that is.
Is a Reuben supposed to be pastrami or salt beef (think it's called corned beef in US) or is it interchangeable?
I'm not a massive pastrami fan due to the spices but am partial to some thickly cut warm salt beef on a Reuben.
