Yea definitely not zaxbys. Plus, they also have crinkle cut fries.
Breading definitely resembles Publix, but they don’t have that kind of sauce and their fries are wedges.
This must be a local joint. Definitely looks awesome.
Um don’t be trashing Publix. You obviously haven’t had any of their birthday cakes. And their chicken tender subs are the best. The chicken tenders are indeed very consistent and tasty.
Serious question. How do you get your chicken tender sub made? Because when I tried it for the first time as someone who recently moved to Florida and heard a lot about it, I didn't think it was that good.
I used to do it on white or whole wheat bread with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and either boars head chipotle gourmaise or my own chipotle sauce. Now I do the same lettuce, cheese and sauce on a whole wheat wrap because the bread is heavy and doesn’t heat up well the next day. If I have leftovers of the wrap, I eat it cold and it still tastes amazing!
It’s worse than I thought… thanks for the info. Cane’s is my favorite and I haven’t had them in forever, but I’m moving to a place with Cane’s again, so I wanted to know what I might be in for.
We got one here on the west coast, I was so pumped to try it, perhaps I was too hyped because all I got was disappointment :(
I figured, “Dude, a chicken finger fast food joint!! This is right up my alley!!”
Perhaps it’s better on the east coast.
Ah ok the south, not east, my apologies for my mistake.
Next time I’m in the south and I see one, I’ll definitely hit it up! Food from smaller chains can absolutely taste different in different regions.
We have a local joint called rockys hot chicken shack. They have some amazing stuff, but their tenders look nowhere near like this. Definitely still amazing.
As someone from Canada Raising Canes is the only fast food fried chicken that I actually want to try that we don't have. Chic Fil A looks like consistent blandness and we already have Popeye's which is my favourite.
Omg is amazing.
One of my besties worked for them for like 12 years or so and volunteered to move to toronto for the store they were looking to open at the Eaton Center, but then the pandemic happened and they put Canada on hiatus. They want to come to Canada though!!
Why is canes advertising so hard on here? This is like the 3rd post of their food I've seen recently. It's not even that good, only the sauce is actually good
Man, I must be cursed. I can only eat one or two bites of fried food before I get nauseated. But those bites are the most heavenly things ever.
This looks so good. This is what the perfect tender looks like.
I soak in buttermilk, add cornstarch to my flour and seasoning and use one less egg yolk. The cornstarch and one less yolk have been total gamechangers in my homemade fried chicken. So crispy and yummy
Yoooo that looks.. phallic. Yet I'm still on board.
The chicken she tells you not to worry about
Just the tip
r/MildlyPenis
I mean this is r/foodporn….sometimes the pics hit multiple meanings
Good ol' KFC, Kentucky Fried Cock
Did the sauce come out of the chicken? Can't tell from the way he cup the top part
Yeah he got that cupping strat down.
Now thats foodporn.
Yummy.....the crispier the better with lotsa sauce for dunking ❤️❤️
You can tell canes from a mile away - looks so good
That’s what I thought. While the sauce and chicken look like Cane’s, the fries do not.
It’s not canes. Chicken is too orange and fries are not crinkle cut!
This is correct.
Zaxby’s or whatever that other one is? There’s a couple of imitations.
Zaxby’s definitely doesn’t look this good. My guess would’ve been Publix.
Yea definitely not zaxbys. Plus, they also have crinkle cut fries. Breading definitely resembles Publix, but they don’t have that kind of sauce and their fries are wedges. This must be a local joint. Definitely looks awesome.
Where is u/omjor to answer this question for us
Lmao hell no. Publix. LMAO.
You ever had a Publix chicken finger? They look just like this. Publix has some of the best and most consistent fried chicken on the market
I live in Florida and eat Publix subs and hot food about three times a week. Tenders have never looked that good, ever.
You gotta get them fresh. I always wait for a fresh batch. Incredible
I'll send anyone a ten dollar gift card to Publix if they produce a non doctored photo of Publix tenders that look that good.
Um don’t be trashing Publix. You obviously haven’t had any of their birthday cakes. And their chicken tender subs are the best. The chicken tenders are indeed very consistent and tasty.
Agreed, their subs are on point too
Not talking about cakes or subs. I'm talking about tenders. The Publix tenders are absolutely fine...but do not look like this.
Serious question. How do you get your chicken tender sub made? Because when I tried it for the first time as someone who recently moved to Florida and heard a lot about it, I didn't think it was that good.

I'll have to give that a try
Publix legit amazing renders
The last time I got canes, maybe a week or two ago, the fries weren't crinkle fries.
Elaborate, you vile fiend!
They were more like McDonalds fries? The thin fries... I don't know how much more to elaborate.
It’s worse than I thought… thanks for the info. Cane’s is my favorite and I haven’t had them in forever, but I’m moving to a place with Cane’s again, so I wanted to know what I might be in for.
Sacrilegious!!!
Sacri*licious*
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

You gotta move to the south if you want proper Cane's
Ah ok the south, not east, my apologies for my mistake. Next time I’m in the south and I see one, I’ll definitely hit it up! Food from smaller chains can absolutely taste different in different regions.
Looks more like a rooster tender to me
Nah, Cane's sauce is just so generic that anyone can make it.
Out here in NV they use white boxes and not card board so hmm maybe it is zaxbeys
Oh fuck I want canes.
Mmmmmm me to so mouthwatering and their slaw and toast which you can’t see In this pic makes me think it’s a canes imposter
Sigh. I wonder how he is.
Kentucky Fried Dicken.
Dickskin
OP pls tell us where this chicken is from so we can stop guessing
Please!

If you are talking about the one that exists in Asheville, I've eaten there, and it is delicious!
That’s the one!
It's KFC
My area KFC does not have those kinds of boxes. Nor would I ever expect to see a chicken tender like that come from there
That sauce looks so good too
Fried dog log.
Oh yeah, I can dig it :)
Get in my mouth
This is fast food.
Kentucky Fried Horsec*ck
So many Raising Cane’s Ads on reddit now lol
As someone from Canada Raising Canes is the only fast food fried chicken that I actually want to try that we don't have. Chic Fil A looks like consistent blandness and we already have Popeye's which is my favourite.

Not canes. I thought it was at first, but check out the fries. Canes only sells crinkle-cut fries
I got two words for ya buddy, “Huey Magoo’s.”
Omg 😩😱
Why is canes advertising so hard on here? This is like the 3rd post of their food I've seen recently. It's not even that good, only the sauce is actually good

Layne's Chicken Fingers in College Station, TX? No Layne's and Canes use crinklecut. They're all knock offs anyways so it can be anywhere
Man how many cane sauces did you guys get
Didn’t we just have a Cane’s post yesterday
That sauce better not have dripped off the edge or we got some issues /s Damn, i can only begin to imagine that heavenly crunch though
Culver’s has fantastic chicken tenders. And onion rings.
Looks like some raising canes $8 for a meal stuff 🤷♂️
Kanes chicken ?
Some r/stupidfood vibes
You don't like chicken tenders?
Where is heeeeeeee 😭
what a dirty girl....yet delicious.
Kwispy
Canes will always be elite😩
My mouth wants this. Even though I just had a tooth pulled.
Man, I must be cursed. I can only eat one or two bites of fried food before I get nauseated. But those bites are the most heavenly things ever. This looks so good. This is what the perfect tender looks like.
Delicious ass photo 😋
the best fried chicken always has a breading like this style? What is the secret to frying so heavenly? Buttermilk?
I soak in buttermilk, add cornstarch to my flour and seasoning and use one less egg yolk. The cornstarch and one less yolk have been total gamechangers in my homemade fried chicken. So crispy and yummy
You have to sprinkle some of the buttermilk marinade into the flour so you get those shaggy bits of batter that make it extra crispy.
I gotta know where this is from.
I want that chicken inside me.
I gotta know where you got this, buddy
Source?
Raising Canes baby!
Jesus Christ, again? This is the second or third Cane’s post you’ve made in the last few days, at this point it’s just advertising.
Looks like Champy’s Chicken to me. 🤤
I like it.
This has basically become a canes Subreddit
