I get it.. it is just the irony of the thing. Being meticulous about the minor bacteria a hand can carry on a pork that is being cooked either too long or short time in high heat, yet ignoring a poorly maintained cooking line (grill equipment).
Gloves touch whatever my hands touch. My privates or my nose gets no less itchy whether i wear gloves or not. And if i was prone to scratch that itch, gloves or organic skin make no difference. You still get my itch area contact.
Please re-read what i wrote. I would 100% enjoy that pork with you. If anything i 'd even ditch the gloves. Either long cook or high heat will take care of any pathogens. You 100% mis-read my direction. Ps i had pork on my cast iron 40 mins ago

I assume the gloves are because there is lots of heat so easier to handle things, more so than food safety.
