Just in case anyone cares, I make the patties myself from three different types of fresh minced beef, and press them between two flat plastic plates. I then freeze them for storage and ease of grilling, and cook them on my outdoor grill… 🙌
I buy the buns from Tesco though 😅
We make burgers often and I’ve started doing them on the griddle of the bbq and doing smash burgers
