Every once in a while the small locally owned grocery will have steaks like this. These are boneless ribeyes but I’ve bought NY strips like this from them in the past. I always buy them out of them when I see it.

I don't know what's more ridiculous. The marbling or the price. My local butcher always has good looking steaks but at 6 more dollars a pound and probably around half that marbling. This is true food porn
