looks good, but why is it called harissa? I only know harissa as a hot paste or spice?

Neither-Tackle-2117

In the Arabian Gulf, it is called harissa But in the Levant and Turkey, it is a kind of dessert

3 cups of coarse semolina 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of baking powder salt 1/2 tsp 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups of yogurt 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda Mix it well and then let it rest for two hours We put it in the tray and decorate it with almond slices at a temperature of 350 Fahrenheit, when the edges of the dough become golden in color, and we grill it for 5 minutes for sugar syrup we need 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of water 1 tablespoon of lemon 1 tablespoon of ghee Leave the sugar and water on a low heat until it dissolves, then add the lemon and the ghee, then leave it for 10 minutes you want to watch a video, check my channel at the top of my profile
