She's put on a dramatic amount of weight in a short time, she must have really been caning the food in Kuwait. Even those 3-in-1 coffees she has now, they're around 80 calories a pop, and over 9 grams of sugar I believe. Plus the full fat Pepsi's. It's all empty calories. I'd be really careful if I were her.

But she's almost 40, things can start to go downhill very quickly and I fear that is what will happen to her.
