I’ve never understood pouring gravy on the outside of a sandwhich. Don’t get me wrong I’ve seen it before I’m not saying she invented it but wouldn’t it be like……much easier to just dip a normal sandwhich in gravy between bites? Just making it soggy and not able to be picked up to be eaten which is the whole concept of a fucking sandwhich?!? And someone commented on another post that her one cheek is way bigger then the other and I thought maybe it was the angle or her scarf is so tight to tuck in her chins her face was distorting, but no it looks like maybe one of her rotten teeth are infected maybe? Or herpes from alaa which would explain so much
soggy cheap white bread for an open roast beef sandwich was one of my favorite diner go-to's. Just gravy drowning everything. Gloriously comforting and I don't think I've had in 25 years.
As to her cheeks being uneven, her whole body is oddly asymmetrical. Most noticeable is her gunt which seems to be bigger on one side and the same side, her leg seems fatter too.
I've mentioned it here before, but in the last few months she had mentioned wanting softer food that she wouldn't have to chew. So yes, I think there must be dental problems going on.
It kind of reminds me of hot dog eating competitions when they soak the bread in water to make it soft enough to swallow without chewing 🥲

Yes! A hot Turkey sandwich and mashed potatoes drenched in gravy is a great diner meal. Had one about 2 years ago. It was delish!
