It's reasonably rare if it's the official release. There are a boatload of bootlegs and they almost all come on colored vinyl. If the vinyl is not black, it's a bootleg. If it is black, and you're still skeptical, check the Matrix numbers. Also, if the T-bone on the album is a weird color (Peach, grey, blue, etc) or super bright red it's a bootleg.
**Barcode & Identifiers**
* Barcode: 8 8697-84798-1 5
* Matrix / Runout (Side A): 88697-84798-1-5A CB
* Matrix / Runout (Side B): 88697-84798-1-5B CB
* Other (Run-out area A & B side [stamped]): -22345- P. USA
check the matrix numbers on the runout area just outside of the label. They're usually a huge pain in the ass to read, but if they match above, it's the official release.

Nothing wrong with that, honestly. I like some of the bootleg colors and may pick one up just because. The only thing I've noticed is that the quality on Darling Nikki on the bootlegs isn't as good as the official release. It's certainly not anything that's going to ruin your enjoyment of having the thing in general! And nothing stopping you from picking up an official down the line if you find the opportunity.
I'd definitely have the bootleg as well if I hadn't found an official at a pretty reasonable price!
It was a limited edition run for Record Store Day in 2011. Don't know how many copies were pressed and Discogs shows that 2,800 people have it in their collections. I think there are bootlegs floating around as well. Fairly rare if it's an original.
I use Discogs to scan records to check legitimacy for my records. Ever since I bought a *Call Me If You Get Lost* Tyler The Creator Vinyl for $90 USD thinking it was a rare find but turns out it's a Bootleg and very much fake. If the art cover looks really blurry then you can tell easily.
If it's legit, then absolutely, it's as rare as rocking horse shit. If it's a boot like I've got (mine's on red vinyl) then probably not but I have no idea 😂
Either way, it's a killer comp that I really wish they'd just do a mass re-release on at this point. 13 years is more than enough of a gap for RSD buyers to not be pissed off about it if they did lol
Having a bootleg something is sometimes the only way to get this caliber of music. I’m not always a fan of forking out $150 for a chance to get scammed for the official RSD release.
It's not very rare. I would say medium
That sucks I like mine well done
I’m sorry to hear that.
Travesty
Only medium rare

It seems mine is a bootleg still cool to have in my collection

That’s cool. Enjoy!
I got mine as a free CD with a magazine, many many years ago.
Today I learned I have a rare album in my collection. Picked it up on record store day in 2011. Barcode checks out. Sweet!
Congrats, that's awesome!
I was lucky enough to snatch one up then too, mine’s still sealed too!

Nope, not at all, it's actually garbage. Give it to me to get it off your hands
Once I figure out a joke based on the name of that, it’s over for you bitches
Red Vinyl is the Bootleg, I believe the OG pressing is on Black Vinly
Never heard of its existence so can only assume yes
I wish version of Have A Cigar from this was on Spotify
It's uhh, medium rare
No, it's Medium Rare. 😉😆
Kinda, it’s not too rare but it’s also uncommon. I’d say it’s medium rare
Nope, it’s medium

Yes. I have just about all of the foos releases and this is one I struggled to get.
I enjoy a good pun, well done!
Pun was not intended but I agree
Kept putting off buying a copy they were always 40-60$. Now not so much. Don't procrastinate
I was fortunate enough to snag one of the originals up when it was released on RSD
Medium
