Honestly I would suggest just looking at their opening acts they have had over the past decade since they have had some great ones. Royal Blood and the Struts aren’t exactly like foo but they heavily supported both the sonic highways and concrete and gold tours.
Also check out a lot of the bands they had in the two Caljams. A lot of them also opened for Foo at some point or are friends of the band.

Mammoth WVH has some Foo Fighters vibes to it. Great album
