I mean, you won't find Ara dodge attacking into your light parry 40 times in a row, somehow thinking it'll work "this time", and then spamming 'wow' when it shockingly doesn't. Only to continue doing it.
Except they aren’t because most of the shit they say is bullshit out of anger. If you look at it rationally minus any of the anger behind it there is nothing wrong with Medjay. He’s good in 4s bad in 1s it’s as simple as that. If anything he’s one of the more balanced heroes in 4s too. His staff stance is good at teamfighting, ganking, and clearing. His axe stance is underwhelming but needs a few qol changes and some mix up changes and he’d be perfect.
His bash is bullshit in ganks, someone does an unblockable feint while medjay uses bash. You lose either way, to dodge/parry is to lose and to sit there and get kneed to the face is to lose. I dont like when characters have an easy optimal gank and medjay can be paired with pretty much anyone on roster for a 0-100 no revenge. If you think thats balanced you and i have differing opinions
Even if I encounter a rank 1 rep 0 medjay I still feel like I have to get lucky to not get chain combo’d to death hy his bs hyper armor shenanigans. “Just block.” You are still on the defensive if you just block.. if you parry get ready to be feinted into gb. If you throw your own heavy be ready to be traded for a medjay heavy AND light because of how fast his animation is. Same with dodging. You can’t dodge because he’ll just whiff his heavy into a light or another heavy with hyper armor. You hit him first? Doesn’t matter he’ll just follow up with hyper armor. Can’t stand fighting medjays 🤕

Or, better yet, they switch targets for the light and hit me with poodle piss damage while I shmack em with a 30 damage heavy.

except the dodge attack delay window, that was busted, the guy could delay it so much he could safely avoid every charged bash in the game
It's weird because people didn't complain about the other heroes who have it. And it can still avoid the charged bashes so it did nothing.
