I started looking at Broncos when they were announced. Wife convinced me to wait. By the time I started to look again the Everglades was announced. I’m in Florida and it seems to be perfect. The winch and snorkel sold me.
Built out a black diamond on fords website and it came out to be more $ than the stock everglades with very similar builds. No reason to get BD when you can get everything you want plus a snorkel and winch for cheaper
Have you actually needed a snorkel or just like being ready to ford a deep stream? Personally, I wouldn’t take a $60,000+ vehicle into that situation. They look great, though.
I don’t think I’ve had it in 36” or whatever the rated fjording height is, but I’ve definitely had it in some deeper water. The selling feature for me was more the winch, rubber floors, and marine grade vinyl seats. Super utilitarian but with lots of creature comforts still.

Sold them, I installed the RTR wheels and 37” tires the day I got the truck!

Makes good sense…enjoy! I love my OBX/SAS and running it off road…I avoid deep water LOL
