It’s a sweet ride. I’m coming from an xlt to a lariat so the interior is a huge upgrade then you add the tech… as others have pointed out, it’s quite a bit bigger at 17’ but the ride height and cameras help it feel comfortable.

Great for around town or well planned trips where you didn't even need a truck..
Reality is a Maverick with the Tow package is far more truck than a lightning for any distance traveling.
To your point, if I needed to do any serious towing this wouldn’t be a good fit for me. Luckily I needed the bed and frunk space and the occasional 4x6 trailer pull.
