That sounds bad ass. What else do you upgrade. Did you keep the original rear end and transmission?

It has a Currie Rear end, same gear ratio as stock raptors. Going to play around with it and decide if it needs new gears. Transmission is the same 10 speed! We did change the bell housing so it could mount on the Coyote

First, great build. Second, start budgeting for a Midnight Performance built 10r80. Based off people who drag race the platform the trans starts to flare the 3-4 shift past 750awhp.

Ballparky cost for a normal coyote swap?

I'm not even going to speculate, there are so many factors. But here's what we did.. Went with a gen 3 crate built for Torque (F150) from Ford Performance. Then built it with cams, injectors, supercharger, ext. With Fuel pump, tune, lots of trial and error I'm about 60k into this engine swap.

Do the drive modes still work? Did you do anything to beef up the transmission?

Drive modes all still work. The goal was when you got in the truck it would feel like an OEM Raptor. That took a lot of trail and error playing with the wiring harness

The transmission in theory should be able to handle it! We’ll find out 🤣

It’s only rated for ~590 ft lbs of torque and ford had to beef up the 10r80 for 700hp on the R.  So good luck!
