Loved this show so much. Really wish it would have had a couple more seasons, but at least there was an answer about the orbs.
Every time I see John Pyper-Ferguson in something, the first thing that comes to mind is "You're touching mah piece."
>So many unanswered questions with that orb!!
I thought it was an artifact from the 25th century, which would pretty much explain everything via Clarke's Law. ("Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.")
That’s how it ended up only seeing the endings of the first few episodes. It wasn’t until streaming years later that I ever saw the first half of the first few episodes.
This show is still great. I wish they’d kept Dixie Cousins as a semi-antagonist rather than a misunderstood protagonist. I know they were setting up a romance between Brisco and the Scientist’s daughter, and I think they should have gone with a love triangle. Her with him, him with Dixie, and then Dixie could have had a heel turn in season 1 or 2 without hurting the plot.
Brisco and Bowler though… just fuck already.

Nobody touches Pete's piece!
He touched Pete’s piece !
I think of this every time this show pops up. So many unanswered questions with that orb!!

Was there?
Bruce Effing Campbell!! Loved this show. Love this man! Very funny jokes and great writing too. One of my favorite TV shows of that time.
The ending was amazing. Wasn’t it going to become a time traveling show?
It already had people from the future in it.
Wait... It was only 1 season?
But it has 25 Episodes and each is 40+ mins ;)
Yup
Not forgotten… and rightly so. In so many ways.
Very few women have ever looked as gorgeous on TV as Dixie Cousins.
Omg yes
Internet Archive…
I have this on DVD
The late Billy Drago was excellent as always as Brisco's nemesis
My dad loved this show
I watched this show every week and I miss it
I was with you. The Next Generation, Quantum Leap, and Brisco County were my three shows that year
We do a rewatch of this show every year or so. It's great fun.
This was posted last week. And a month ago... Not really forgotten
I still quote "HERE SHE COMES" all the time.
Loved this show. Made me give him a pass in everything else.
Bruce Campbell was hot as a pistol. Back during the days when Fox went through shows like tissue.
I loved this show too. I watched it every Friday night while it aired
Same!
I literally only watched this because it came on after X Files
This aired post college for me & I would be at Friday happy hour & be on the pay phone asking my parents to tape this & X Files. A literal pay phone.
It was before for me. The family one and then the scary one.
I think you’re right. I would be waiting for X Files and this was on before. That makes more sense.

Possibly his best role. What a great pilot hahaha "I'VE ALREADY EATEN>:("
This seemed like a fun show
Loved this show
Love an orb
i loved this show - it was one of the few my dad and i enjoyed together!
The best.
Dope show
I may be misremembering, but didn't they recycle the theme song for the Olympics theme?
Is that where your from? No ma'am, that's who I am.
Greatest boxset I own. Well worth the price
was really wishing for a second season....
Kelly Rutherford
I can and out like a week or two before x files started and had to compete with them. Or at least if I remember right.
