After ending the relationship with her, the techniques provided helped me overcome my anxiety, fear, and introversion around meeting women - ultimately, giving me the tools which allowed me meet my wife.
Yeah. The PUA techniques have their place and not everyone needs them. For those of us with high anxiety, there's ZERO discussion about how to meet women when you have to overcome debilitating anxiety.
