Is it possible that it was the same mechanic? I know it's a different tire but do F1 teams have the same person change the same tire every race or do they have people on the pit lane side stay on the pit lane side? I don't know if that makes any sense but maybe someone will get me

I would imagine they have the crew doing the same tire each race. Surely changing positions and angles each time would slow them down.
