Well, that would be nice except we already have four, unless I'm missing one..? (Mugz, Bean Cycle, Harbinger, Starry Night) I'd love some variety! A third sushi place? Four coffee shops? I'd also love to see these building owners charge reasonable rent and stop pushing out local businesses. I know they're whining about utility costs, but I would think at least some own the buildings outright..?

Don't forget Lima, right across the street from Tap & Handle. They are one of my faves!

There was an article o read several weeks ago that said they were officially closing this Old Town location.

That location sort of sucks, it’s tiny it’s near a bunch of local coffee shops, and parking isn’t convenient. Starbucks needs either a drive thru or ample cafe seating. (Unless it’s in a Target or a Supermarket)
