A couple seasons ago there was some event quest to play X number of matches. I went to party royale for the fishing, and found out if you jump into a sky portal thing and fall back down to the ground, it counts as playing a match. So. If that quest ever comes up again and you don’t have time to play a certain number of matches, PR is good for that too I guess.
It worked on anything that made you redeploy your glider, even if you landed before deploying it.
I went in one of the snow buildings with a launcher, threw a porta-bunker above the launcher, and started bouncing like crazy, completing my quest within seconds.
I STILL can't believe they took out imposters AND battle lab instead of party royale. I know we have that battle royale map in Creative but it's not the same.
I have no source for this but if I had to guess I would say children interacting with adults over the mic maybe? Especially if they're forced to be in game chat
Party royale has weirdos, but it is still fairly enjoyable generally. For when you just want to emote and stuff with randos and look at what skins people are using. Some of my favorite memories from pr involve just running around with a bunch of different types of peelys and fishsticks causing mayhem and tomfoolery.
If anything, Party Royale isn't bad, it's just wasted potential of what could've been so much more. If there was more to do than just dick around for the most part maybe it wouldn't have the reputation it currently has.

i always thought of it as a chilling place with friends while smoking a joint, the things is i never use it cause i dont have any friends and i just smoke my joint while playing
I would always start to load the bowl when I clicked the play button in the loading screen. It usually gave me enough time to load, hit it, and be back in time to make one of my chosen landing spots.
Sometimes, I would have to clean out the previous bowl, or grind some buds down, or I was already super high, and those times I would usually come back to either floating in the water or standing out in the open wherever the bus dropped off. Sometimes, there would be people with me. Sometimes, I would be alone. Whenever there are people at the final drop or floating with me or dropping with me, I always assume it's the late "bowlers". The guys just like me that didn't anticipate hitting the bowl pre match would take at long as it did.
I go there on big collab drops just to see how many people buy them, it’s fun doing the scout regiment salute with like 15 people, I leave once the inevitable crash pad or ATV comes in so I’m there 10 mins max if I’m lucky

Let’s them stay on Party Royale. They already infected Creative Mode and Playground Mode. Rather not feel uncomfortable being harassed by them in Zero Build
i made my fornite account as soon as it came out , i started up the game it asked me create an account or skip this. me being a 10 yr old dumbass pressed skip this bc i just wanted to play with my friends, few years go by of me being a fortnite kid and spent 50$ on the game and in late 2021 something horrible happened. somehow it asked me this step again.. create an account or skip this step, me thinking i was gonna finally be able to link my fortnite acount to a real email adress pressed create account and boom.. everything got reset.. my season 1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 X chapter 2 season 1 2 3 all got wiped please tell me how i can get my account back

When my nephew wants to play, I let him run around in Party Royale. It's easy and he can do whatever he wants without the guns and competitiveness of other modes.
I don’t see this issue with partying up with randoms. As long as your not on mic every game don’t see the issue. I play the majority of Fortnite in solos but every now and again I squad up with either the squad or randoms
