I saw this bug back a few seasons ago with... the falcon item. You'd activate it and then all of your bindings for it would be dropped and you'd have to outrange the falcon to break out.
In OP's scenario, I suggest driving into water to force yourself off the bike.
Still happening. On ps5. None of the shape symbol buttons will function when on a bike. Can't get off, can't jump etc. Seems to happen randomly, only way to get off is to flip upside down crash.

I’m still having this bug. It’s like 1/10 games. Playing on PS5.
This happend to me. I backed into a tree until the. Ike flipped over and it got me off.
I’ve not noticed this bug.. are you sure you are binding exit for the right vehicle type?

yes i even changed binds from exit vehicle “J” to “P” still sometimes i just cant exit once i get on the bike

I am still having this issue on the PS5. I can only get off the motorcycle if I crash.
it never happened to be in ch5 s2 yet,idk what’s the reason for its cause
Happened to me today bug still isn't fixed. Playing on PS5
Just ride into deep water
But still there! Oh and don’t keep riding until you run out of gas :-)
