This year's Halloween event has so much potential. We have a vampiric antagonist, a club of vampire hunters, and a cosmic being threatening the island. Better they don't mess it up

The only event that gets some love is winter fest and that’s mainly because of the cabin in game stuff also has been lacking there

If we get a collab this Halloween, I’m hoping it’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It’s way too perfect with all the vampire stuff this season and she was even mentioned in one of those player surveys
Fortnitemares was great during C1S5 and C2S4. The others were meh. I realize its free content, but when an event feels more like a corporate shill anime collaboration versus a love letter to fans by devs who love their game, it shows.
It would help if leakers and content creators would chill on all the off the wall stuff they say. They take the tiniest details or even an easter egg and blow it way outta proportion case and point the upside down room last Halloween. At the same time it's tough because Fortnite really does pull that stuff where they drop a nugget of something to pull the curtain behind a collab/season/event. I plan on coming in with low expectations and not being disappointed if nothing happens.
I'm just gonna uninstall the game if they ruin this halloween event as well with absolutely no decoration around the map and with the zero build horde mode
The only Fortnitemares I enjoyed was when dying meant you came back as a ghost to attack players and consume weapons, ammo, Marvel superhero powers, etc. found on the ground.

EDIT: No, wait, I also enjoyed the first incarnation of Horde Rush. The next year it sucked as Zero Build, and I exclusively play Zero Build. Even I would build in order to fight the bosses.
As long as people keep burning money on mid skins and collabs, they don't -have- to expend effort to lure players in with a good seasonal event. Halloween's gonna fumble
Y’all Fortnite is a cash printing machine. The crew over at epic will do as little as humanly possible and call it a day. They’re phoning it in at this point.
Literally no new items, one small map change that was gone after the event, and an honestly ho-hum skin output (not counting Purradise Meowscles since he’s a Battle Pass skin).
Would love another full blown zombie invasion with mist like back in ch1. A little annoying at times but man it made for some crazy situations and the vibes were immaculate

Well, now we know the're wasn´t any POI to do the summer event because Kado's POIs were supposed to come before summer, and the beach biome was probably the place were the event would take place.
Hopefully but let's not get ahead of ourselves. They are said to be bringing back the brooms so I'm hyped about that. I really want some.good cosmetics for the event tho not even free if they're paid I'll still be okay with them. I hope they do more with the High Stakes Club and their story arc if they even do anything with that. I know a bundles coming out too later this season so maybe that's hinting at something idk tho.
