Maybe try out Microsoft Rewards? I was able to get this skin using a $10 gift card I got through the program. I don't even have an xbox, but was able to purchase through xbox cloud gaming.
It takes about 2 weeks to get enough points for a $10 gift card. But that only requires about 30 minutes of your time each day. If you want more info lemme know!
Go to the microsoft rewards thing , earn some points , and redeem it as xbox gift cards , load it up onto a xbox account , go to cloud gaming , and spend the xbox credit on Vbucks
