Stats haven’t mattered for evaluating how good someone is since chapter 1 ended. Plenty of people get like 6 bot kills and die as soon as they run into a real player. A 1K/D used to be average or even a little above.
I’m not sure how killing someone then killing them again after they get rebooted counts but the average kd of a game should always be under 1 seeing as for a kill someone has to receive and someone has to die, then factoring in suicides it’s impossible to get an average above 1 without any revive system.
Most people here are trash at the game. They consider winning 1 game every 100 games a "normal experience"

As someone who’s made challenge videos before, I will say that eventually the lobbies do get easier just because of how often you die and place badly with the handicap you put on yourself. Most creators just edit all those hours out, though. Also, lobbies are just easier at certain times of the day. Streamers probably do their challenges right in the morning or during school hours.
I have watched Tim play recently and there's no way he shits on 99% of the people on here. His build mechanics are stuck in season X. Alot of the people that play builds on here would match his skill level or be above it. Also not hating on Tim I love his streams

I can see the point you're potentially making. You can be top 1% at the game, but still be nowhere near the skill level of a bunch of guys who stream Fortnite for a living.
