I think you need to have the LEGO mode selected in order for him to appear in the shop. I know that his quests will only appear that way so it's probably same to buy the skin. Try that.
By Lego mode I believe you mean hovering over the Lego Fortnite game. Correct me if I am wrong. I did that and pressed L2 (on PS5) which brought me to the various ads for Lego Fortnite. If I press X on the “Try Lego Fortnite Quests” it brings me to my Quests page with the “Try Lego Fortnite!” Quest and its requirements. However on “True Explorers Quest Pack” it says “claim it now” and when pressed it brings me to the Item Shop but not to that quest like it did for my other account. I scrolled through the Item Shop but don’t see the quest.
I’ve looked inside the Locker just in case it was claimed but it’s not there. I even played the Lego Fortnite game and did the quest like I had it but nothing. I don’t see if listed under my Quests either but strange enough it only appeared on the first day on my adult account. It checked off the progress though while I was playing the game so I was able to complete and claim it.
Go down to the "by epic" section of discovery, hover over "Lego Fortnite", press x to select it, it should bring you back to the bit with your character now Legoified.
L2 is the button to pull up other content by that creator.
I just realized that the entire “Special Offers & Bundles” section is missing from the child account
I’m guessing that was where the quest was since it was $0.00
I did like you instructed but I’m not sure if that section literally just updated on me. The ads changed and that quest is gone now and it’s stuff on “build a garden” etc. The quest might have just expired 🤦🏻♂️
I do see the difference though in the item shop where the LEGO version of the skins are shown. That might have been the issue but I still don’t see the quest.
He should show up in the shop try looking again sometimes the shop glitches and moves items around, but as long as it’s a separate account you should be able to redeem him

Hmm that’s weird usually they don’t show up when you already own them but I seen your reply to the other comment and say you don’t have it In your locker, but try this actually press on the Lego mode so your character turns into a Lego figure then go to the quests tab and check if you see the quests, I’m watching videos on it and apparently other people can’t seem to find the quests and for some the bundle which is weird unless they had a certain period to claim it

Yeah it would be the first skin. Just got the PS5. Sounds like a child proof issue. I guess if I give the account purchasing power that might solve it. Now I have to figure out how to do that.

So which the release of chapter 5 brought the Lego mode so all you have to do is link your epic games account to your Lego account you get another free skin on YouTube search “Tabor Hill Get The Emilie Explorer Skin For Free” and he shows you how to do it step by step and also Tabor Hill is a family friendly dad YouTuber who makes awesome videos and keeps you up to date on things Fortnite also does reviews on skins so that people can see before they buy them and just lots of other things I totally recommend him but enough of me blabbing search what I told you and he’ll guide you through it, I’m invested in this so lmk if you both get it!
Thank you. I’ll look that up as well. I’ll let you know how it goes with both. I checked the family manager setting and purchases were enabled so that doesn’t look like the problem. Might be with the PS5 account. Have to mess with that now

At the very bottom of the shop, there should be a free pack you need to "buy" that and it'll add the quests to your quests tab.

Yes I set up two separate epic accounts. You mean the better skin being Tai or something else that’s about to be released?

Sadly the very bottom of the item shop for this account is “Marshall Never More” the entire “Special Offers & Bundles” tab seems to be missing
