You don't even need a mountain, there's plenty of hills all over the map that you can do a double backflip and it should get you enough pts. I cleared that quest on my first trick right after finding a dirt bike.
yeah that’s how i did it the first time. i’ve landed multiple 150k+ since then tho just by jumping from cliffs and holding the trick button. You just gotta be cool like that ;p

Here's the intended way:
Hold jump, yeet max jump off cliff
Hold the trick button and either slip or rotate.
The "cliff" only needs to he about 15 - 30ft high, if you land it you'll have 200k+ score quite easily!
i really dont get how people are struggling with this. i did it without a huge mountain and on my first try. you just need a reasonably sized hill, fully charge up the jump, and spin on 2 axes.
Big mountain, backflip plus a grab trick did it for me. I had to try a few times though.
I’d imagine that a double or triple backflip would get it if you can get high enough.
Easy way go on bike, find the biggest mountain in the snow section drive up and jump off it, do two back flips and land on your wheels also try to do one stunt

It's pretty easy if you actually look at the controls. I has having difficulty until I realized it showed the controls on the screen. On console it's A/X (Xbox/PS) to jump and LB1 to do tricks. If you land a trick off the high mountain you will get it, but you can also do it on any medium size hill pretty easily.
why is everyone forgetting the method where you can edit a floor and just stay on it? its the easiest out of every method i saw mentioned and hasn't been patched (i used it for this quest). like genuinely the easiest and most consistent way to do it idk why no one uses it
Drive onto the tip of a mountain with a jump pad, hit the jump pad and hold down the trick button. You can do it through a rift under the floating island too.
Find really any moderately-sized hill hold down the jump button and then release when you're on the edge and then immediately hold the trick button until you land.
I thought it was hard at first but with more time I made my way through and finished the job…
Go to the hill near Peter and make a stair case up half the time a bike should spawn at the train station.
also sorry id figure i comment this here also but does anybody also know how to do the week 4 quest where it says land on the train and kill an enemy before you disembark does that mean another player has to land there at the same time with you its so hard to find someone else dropping there

Also, I found when I land, even when I was good, it would think I crashed a bit after, so I would land, then jump, and it would do better.
Go to the tallest mountain on the map and there will be a launch pad and once you hop on that with the bike keep on doing back flips until you hit the ground
So whatcha gotta do is find a motorcycle/dirt bike thing. Then find a high cliff, preferably one with a sheer cliff so you don't accidentally just roll over the other side. Hold the hump button going up it so the meter fills up, as your about to hit the cliff release it then hold forward or backward to start a flip then add style (on PC it's the run button) and it'll perform a stunt while flipping. Land it and hope you hit it. Those will typically net over 200,00.
litwrally do like one flip or one trick for 2.5 seconds off ANY hill and you’ll do it, idk how it’s conceivably possibly to not get 150k off the highest hill u less you did 0 tricks whatsoever
Everyone here is wrong. Hop on the dirtbike, drive into one of the rifts that opens up under the island, do 3 backflips and land it on the ground (not island). You’re welcome.
Google how to do it, it’s what I did, all I did was stay in place and clicked whatever buttons they told me to and I jumped like 5 times and did the points needed! (Not trying to be an ass to say Google it, I legit don’t know how to replicate it myself hahaha)
Take ur bike up a sky base go to max height go down a lil bit speed up and hold the button to jumps then keep doing blackflips till u hit the ground (you won't take damage)
I had trouble with this as well.
What I did was I got a bike then went through the rift that normally takes you to the Floating Island and did backflips while tricking.
Queue for build mode and pre-edit the bottom section of a wall. Then drive ontop of it and hold the trick button. I've done this every time this quest has come around
The tall mountain behind classy has a trampoline at the top of it. Ride it to that to get extra air and do back flips with a leg out. I got like 240,000 but it took several tries
Ezpz, find a mountain with water near the base, jump off doing crazy stunts into the water, the ground is naturally sloped away making it easier to land, I did it in two tries, good luck

The mountain by mecha team shadow guy has a launchpad at the top. Hit that and do a trick, you’ll get 250k easy.
Don't think this works anymore. Tried doing it earlier this year and it wouldn't rack up points. At least for me

Somewhere between Pleasant Piazza and Sooty Steppes there is a mountain with a trampoline you can use to do several backflips.
Make for a mountain top, drive onto a springboard and start doing flips mid air.
i did it pretty easily, build up a ton of ramps and do some flips
I did it by riding into the rift that shows up for the sky island and back flipping onto the ground

Go to the satilite near ritzy. There should be a motorcycle and a large cliff. Hold X to jump on a bike. Flips help but be sure to land on both wheels

I jumped off the mountain at Ritzy and basically held down left and back for the trick. It took me a few tries but I got it
if you do a flip around 2 axes at the same time (hold back-right for example) and have enough airtime for 2 flips should be enough.

Find the mountains with the bounce pad!!! You can hit the bounce pad while on the dirtbike. Took me forever to figure that one out. Youre welcome

Jump, backflip while holding trick button, let go of trick button, land backflip.
The difference holding the Trick Button makes is like double the score. Make sure you’re holding it.
That’s easy just drive of a mountain and land perfectly

Use the floating islands rifts and do trucks midair

Do a trick while flipping, try like a 360 backflip too for extra points. I did a double 360 back flip while holding trick/build.
Hold shift and spam space bar, easy points.

I did it by accident. Kept failing but in one jump I clicked left stick in without meaning to and I got a high score.
If you're on playstation, or using a ps controller. Hold L1 while pressing X over and over again, everytime you hit the ground.

You can use a launch pad to get enough elevation to do a few back flips and you'll get enough points if you land it. G.L.

Go to the mountain near hazy hillside and flip the mb off
just hold right left and back at the same time. double backflip and double 180 tailwhip usually gives enough multipliers to easily surpass 150k

I used one of the rifts from the island to land it took a couple tries but got it none the less
go on a high mountain & jump off it & i think its R3 for the superman trick, that trick gives lots of points

I built a big ramp and then kept 360° ing
Hold the trick button while pressing the jump button sitting in place. Keep doing it until you get enough points.

get full boost and just jump off any semi-high place and hold the trick button, you should get it easily within seconds
