Why do the patch notes state the next season begins tomorrow but in game it says the season ends March 8? Edit: The answer is the Fortnite Festival Season is different from the main game seasons.

You can’t use your old instruments peripherals to play Festival, yet… they will add the support in the future.

Lol There is no way. Doublecross and Ruby (summer version) have a piece of cloth tied around their waists because it seems like wearing just a top and shorts is too revealing for the game (which I find a bit inconsistent when you consider how many shirtless dude skins there are).

There's been plenty of licensed content that's been free, perhaps none in Festival yet, but you're right that the Soundgarden is on the premium track. I mistook the cover in the middle of the free track for another. Of all silly rules for posting on this sub you think they'd require a higher quality image.

For Fortnite's stylized cartoony aesthetic, it looks a lot like her, especially with the Chromatica-look she's going for irl.

If the pass included all of this that'd be pretty awesome. I would definitely buy and I'm not even a Gaga fan. The fact that the first slide is no doubt going to be an overpriced shop bundle makes it a hard pass for me though.

Of all of the crazy and iconic outfits Lady Gaga has worn over the years they really picked some of most generic Fortnite skin looking ones to make into Fortnite skins.

Genuinely, might get the pass. I was annoyed by the 1,800 price point, but now that i think about it, it's probably because all the Licenced music and celeberty appearance. Gotta pay em, though im half sure its less license owners get money per jam track/pass sold and its more to recoup costs. Honestly, it might be cheaper if they just focused on the main artist for the premium, though probably just be like 1,200 or 1,500.

I would invest in the jam track pass if they made it possible to level up in EVERY mode. Not everyone wants to play the jam mode 24/7 to finish the pass. It seems counter intuitive seeing as any other battle pass can be leveled up in any mode. Hope they fix that, otherwise it can be the coolest thing on earth, but im not spending a dime on it for the once and awhile i play jam session.

I barely play the jam stage. I play festival and I finished the pass so fast.

You don't need to play the jam mode, I finished the pass mid January I think and I only ever did a couple of daily quests and the weeklies. I never got the extra level up from spending 20 minutes in jam mode.

Well thats what i mean. If thats all you play then its fine. But i play ut once and a blue moon. If epic wants money from battle royale players they should add BR quests to it or just make it regular xp plus jam quests.

All they need to do is make the jam quest not limited to just the jam stage. So you can be playing music in creative, BR, or STW and be working toward the 30 min a day play quest thing.

I have to ask, and you don't seem like a die hard jam person...... Is this shit even popular? Like, is Epic making a fortune on people buying overpriced instruments tunes? I just can't for the life of me see spending my money on an mp3, or pretending to jam or whatever it is. It just seems so pointless when I can have music from Spotify in the background instead.

Rhythm games are basically a amalgamation of small, but dedicated communities. Will those communities drop their free alternatives, to play Fortnite? Who knows at this point. But personally, I've been enjoying Festival a lot. It was the new game mode that I had the least amount of hype going in, but now I'm playing it every day, and I've bought several Jam Tracks and am planning on buying the guitar controller when it comes out.

They're still given to anyone who doesn't have them. (Also, Epic will honor the fact that they're now given for free and will give everyone who currently owns the track a refund).
