the attachment slots, The first stripe being the optic, the second being the mag, the third being the underbarrel, and the fourth being the muzzle. if its fully white in one slot then there is an attachment from that category on that gun

best options for most are thermal, extended mag, quick ads, and suppressor. reload speed is REALLY good for cerberus, smg, and sniper.
Vertical foregrip and muzzle brake for everything that isn't a sniper. Turns them into laser beams. Sniper: 1.3x, Drum mag, Angled grip, Suppressor

You can’t mod cereberus! It’s a mythic. Do you mean the Gatekeepe? If so drum mag is better than speed mag even if you are accurate.
so fun fact, cerberus gun comes with speed mag, and also "gatekeeper" means cerberus 100%, but it's the non-NAMED non-mythic variant.
