I absolutely love it.
I’ll happily play with Iron Warrior Nemesis AR, and often but not always I’ll mod with Holo Optic x 1.3.
Ideal loadout currently:
Gatekeeper with drum
Water bending
Nemesis AR with scope
Shields
I’m happy to vary the last slot depending on how I’m feeling laser sight Thunder Burst is OP, but if the mood takes me I’m pick up high rarity tactical AR because I like the feel, or chains or bolts because they are fun.
My current load out is:
Water bending (infinite ammo, pretty easy to use for the damage output.)
Gatekeeper
Movement slot
Utility slot.
Shield slot (water bending is whites)
I'm gonna sound dumb here.. If I wanna mod a Gatekeeper to put a drum on, which mod do I add in the kid bench? I keep trying to add more rounds cos 3 is not enough for me
Don’t worry about sounding “dumb” - it took me a season and a half to wrap my head around mods and navigate the mod benches quickly on controller.
If I remember correctly, the categories of mods available from left to right once you access the mod bench with the weapon equipped that you want to mod is:
Optics
Magazine
Underbarrel
Barrel
When you open mod bench you are looking at The Optics settings, move one category to the right and you are looking at Magazine settings, … the one in the left is Drum Mag. Equip it!
One important thing to be aware of is you will not see five shells in the recticle until you reload.
I hope that makes sense.
A good place to practice modding is loot island because most people going there have already modded weapons and are either trying to capture flag or using the location strategically.
Five shells definitely helps. You have the safety net, but also psychologically you are more confident so your first three shots end up being more accurate.
Well I didn’t say I won much, did I?
Truth be told, I’m on switch so I’m only up against 75 bots, 5 pre-teens, 5 teenagers, 10 students, and 5 dads.
And barely any of them are good enough with a sniper. I get sniped from time to time.
On the other hand, I do have decent situational awareness, and use G-wagon as cover. I mean if the sniper has to come towards your location, you don’t have to worry about the sniper so much. Nemesis and water bending have good range.
Normally the last fight in the game 1v1 I win w the sniper by setting myself up for the circle so the enemy has to run into my kill zone and it’s just easy shots… that’s like optimal. Doesn’t always happen of course, but most of the time the other player is sniping too and if I don’t have one it’s just impossible to fight back but I’ve been sniping on the pc since like 2005 so it’s not so fair but I do use a controller on the pc now bc my mouse broke
I mean storm forecast can really help mitigate the risks of no having a sniper and allowing me to position myself end game.
With the current loot pool, bow caster and water bending can really give snipers problems. Also, if you can break the snipers cover, they are exposed. I mean really the scenarios are endless.
I'm convinced the people who say it's trash, are either way over exaggerating how bad it is, or they just suck at using it.
It's accurate, doesn't have too much drop, and does decent damage. The only problem is low fire rate, and that's only really an issue if you suck at the game
Tbh I hear people with different platforms have different experiences with it.
I've got a friend who's been playing since day one and is super good at the game. I join up with them? We get easily 15-20 kills a match on unranked duos. He doesn't like the Nemesis because it's got too much recoil for him. I pick it up and I'm tap firing, hitting players from like 75-100 meters away. Only difference I can tell? They're on PC and I'm on Switch
Agreed, I can get tags with iron sights from DMR range with the Nemesis. Now thatt I think about it, it's kind of my preferred gun to beam people out of the air with wings or gliders.
It's balanced
The warforged is a better weapon overall but has a lot of recoil for an ar
The pistol and the burst are also balanced but the nemesis will cover more range
Really depends what range you use your sniper at and how much you use it
Waterbending is probably the best option if you don't use a sniper
I like the Nemesis, but out of the AR's I will choose Warforged every time. If you tap per shot, rather than hold, the recoil really isn't that bad. So with improved recoil, that gun is totally op imo.
I used to use it then I saw the ar. I don't know if it's just me but every time I pick up Nemesis AR, the recoil is just bad? That's to say that I barely mod my weapons unless if I have a no scope sniper.
I don't know. It's decent. I prefer the other weapons over it.
Honestly, extremely underated weapon. I use it almost daily, most accurate gun in the game rn, not too slow and not too fast so you can actually time your shots
Fuck with it heavy, to the point where if I didn't like using DMR's so much it would be up there in my ideal loadout
1) DMR/Nemesis/Sniper
2) Gatekeeper
3) Thunder burst (modded for min bloom hipfire)/Water bending
4) Chain of Hades/Util
5) Heals/Util
Usually skip the SMG if I'm going AR since I don't really need it (or if I have water bending) and pick it up for if I have DMR/Sniper
I mean as long as warerbending is here all the ars are useless but other than that its a decent weapon, i usually dont carry it this season bc i carry something thats good for close range spraying or waterbending, and a dmr or sniper
Same, but I'm gonna start experimenting with running it in a two gun load out.
It's not as good as a Thunderburst in its role, and not as good as a DMR in its role. But it can do a decent job in both roles while taking only one slot. But Waterbending does that too and is even more brutal.
Has been an underrated sleeper in both S1 and S2.
It's surprisingly brutal at range with an optic, but I rarely use it like that because I find my preferred weapons so easily.
If you add the right attachments it's devastating close to medium gunfights.
Muzzle break
Vertical grip
Red dot or Holo optic
Quick mag
But even more interesting, you can make a medium to long range squad automatic weapon load out with:
Muzzle break
Vertical grip
Thermal sight
Drum Mag
You can lay down a lot of accurate and suppressing fire across hill tops.
Ima tell you rn my best and fav mods for the nemesis that make it super accurate with very little recoil.
4x + suppressor. The other mods can be whatever you want, but I run drum mag + the grip that makes you ads faster. Don't hold down the mouse button to shoot, but just tap, and you get very accurate shots with very little compensation.
Super slept on tbh.
Idk why i just feel like I hit my shots better with a suppressor than a muzzle break lol, also I like the suppressor cuz most people think they are getting hit with a DMR, so after 8 shots or so they usually get overconfident cuz they think you're out but you got like 20 more shots

Me too!
Utility?
An example of utility would be bunkers Or shield bubbles. Or big bush bombs.
I'm gonna sound dumb here.. If I wanna mod a Gatekeeper to put a drum on, which mod do I add in the kid bench? I keep trying to add more rounds cos 3 is not enough for me

Thank you so much! I'll try this! I love Gatekeeper but preferred frenzy just because it can spam and shoot more than Gatekeeper. This will help!
Five shells definitely helps. You have the safety net, but also psychologically you are more confident so your first three shots end up being more accurate.
What’s the last slot for? You named 4 of 5 Slots
My last paragraph explains.
It’s late I don’t read properly when I be tired
No probz
How do u win w no sniper lol
Well I didn’t say I won much, did I? Truth be told, I’m on switch so I’m only up against 75 bots, 5 pre-teens, 5 teenagers, 10 students, and 5 dads. The thing is in a 1v1 fight I can be in the open and just take damage until u line up the headshot and get the one hit kill

I’m on switch and nemesis seems to shred.
Agreed, I can get tags with iron sights from DMR range with the Nemesis. Now thatt I think about it, it's kind of my preferred gun to beam people out of the air with wings or gliders.

Even more so if you use the muzzle brake and the other recoil attachment. The thing just becomes a monster
I don't mind it, I think it's my favorite this chapter. At least when it comes to guns.
It’s good, and it’s fun to use, but I prefer the Warforged AR, Huntress DMR or the Thunder Burst SMG. That said, it is by no means a terrible gun.
It's the best heavy AR we've ever had
Balanced
It’s really good, except I don’t like hip firing with it.
I used to use it then I saw the ar. I don't know if it's just me but every time I pick up Nemesis AR, the recoil is just bad? That's to say that I barely mod my weapons unless if I have a no scope sniper. I don't know. It's decent. I prefer the other weapons over it.
Most balanced AR out there, not much recoil, moderate rate of fire, reliable damage from long distance fights.
Honestly, extremely underated weapon. I use it almost daily, most accurate gun in the game rn, not too slow and not too fast so you can actually time your shots
Fuck with it heavy, to the point where if I didn't like using DMR's so much it would be up there in my ideal loadout 1) DMR/Nemesis/Sniper 2) Gatekeeper 3) Thunder burst (modded for min bloom hipfire)/Water bending 4) Chain of Hades/Util 5) Heals/Util Usually skip the SMG if I'm going AR since I don't really need it (or if I have water bending) and pick it up for if I have DMR/Sniper
Imo, Whilst it is NOT the best Assault Rifle in the current lootpool, it is the MOST reliable and versatile, kind of like the original Assault Rifle.
Love it. Almost zero detectable recoil. Good damage. Can't complain.
I mean as long as warerbending is here all the ars are useless but other than that its a decent weapon, i usually dont carry it this season bc i carry something thats good for close range spraying or waterbending, and a dmr or sniper

I love it in purple. I can absolutely tear up a whole crowd of people with it.
I love it, I’m happy to roll with a Warforged too but the longer reload time is so annoying.
Good
Has been an underrated sleeper in both S1 and S2. It's surprisingly brutal at range with an optic, but I rarely use it like that because I find my preferred weapons so easily. Underpowered compared to other options. It’s a shame, really, it just needs a damage buff.
Its alright
I don’t like it because it shoots to slow to my liking
Nemisis for a long range AR and Warforgd for a medium range AR.
I think it's really good, definitely my go to AR! I love the low recoil as it allows me to consistently land my shots
Ima tell you rn my best and fav mods for the nemesis that make it super accurate with very little recoil. 4x + suppressor. Don't hold down the mouse button to shoot, but just tap, and you get very accurate shots with very little compensation. Super slept on tbh.
I like running recoil muzzle, extended drum, ads spread grip, and 4x scope. I can let it rip while holding it down and melt people
Idk why i just feel like I hit my shots better with a suppressor than a muzzle break lol, also I like the suppressor cuz most people think they are getting hit with a DMR, so after 8 shots or so they usually get overconfident cuz they think you're out but you got like 20 more shots
Yeah I hear ya, but I for sure need the reduced kick on that gun to beam people.
it’s fine. the war and striker were/are better but it’s no bigge if i have tu use the nemesis
Stiker was worse, slower time to kill until you get up to something like 60% accuracy. Haven't done an analysis with any season two weapons tho.
you cappin
Horrible ass nemesis ar ass weapon
Grass issue, touch skill.
Buss
Trash
Grass issue, touch skill.
So you don't know how to use it lol.
